Why should I Buy, instead of Rent?
A Home is an inverstment. When you rent, you write your monthly check and that money is gone forever. But when you own your house, you can deduct the cost of your mortgage loan interest from your income taxes, and usually from your taxable income. What Should be the language of registration document?
The Language of the registration document must be the one that is commonly used in your district. According to Section 19 of the Indian Registeration Act, the Registering Officer or the registrar has the power to decline registration of your document if it is presented in a language which is not commonly used in the district unless it is accompanied with a true translation of the language in use.
What documents are required for registeration of a new apartment/plot?
Sale Deed, No Objection Certificate(NOC) from builder, NOC from Banks, Building Plan approvals, Completion Certificate, PAN Card and Photographs.
