Managing Director
Mr. Ramji Subramaniam, Managing Director of Sowparnika, is the driving force behind the company's growth. An MBA in Finance from TAPMI and a Six Sigma Black Belt, he brings over two decades of experience from GE, ITC, and Fidelity, blending financial acumen with operational excellence.
Since founding Sowparnika in 2003, his mission has been simple yet powerful -- “Homes for All”. Under his leadership, the company has delivered quality, affordable, and aspirational homes to thousands of families. Mr. Subramaniam’s vision for the future is to expand Sowparnika’s footprint nationwide and establish the company as India’s most admired and trusted real estate brand. For him, Sowparnika’s mission goes beyond numbers. It is about creating homes that bring security and growth to home buyers.
